Thank you for visiting and shopping at Nixso Boutique. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

FREE pickup Policy

  1. Pickup processing and delivery times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. If you choose to pickup your order at out location (Ancaster, Ontario). You will be receiving an email or text confirmation whenever your order is ready for pickup. Pickup date and times will be agreed upon by "the client" and "Nixso Boutique". 

Domestic Shipping Policy (ALL of CANADA)

  1. Shipment processing times.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping rates & delivery estimates.

Shipping charges for your order are calculated as a flat rate and displayed at checkout. Shipment method is by Canada Post Service (Regular Parcel). Delivery delays can occur and we cannot guarantee a delivery time, however the estimated delivery times as per Canada Post website are as follows:

  Expedited Parcel *1* Regular Parcel

Local (business days)

Up to 1 day Up to 2 days

Regional (business days)

Up to 3 days Up to 5 days

National (business days)

Up to 7 days Up to 9 days
**Note 1: If the cost of the Expedited shipping is the same as Regular shipping, we will ship the products using the Expedited shipping**.
3. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Damages
Nixso Boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy (USA)

  • Shipment processing times.

  • Shipping rates & delivery estimates.

Delivery delays can occur and we cannot guarantee a delivery time, however the estimated delivery times as per Canada Post website are as follows:
 Regular Parcel (5 -15 Days)
Xpress Parcel (5 -10 Days)
