Return and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products we have limitations in our return and refund policies.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. you have up to 30 days from shipping date to claim any damages in your order.
Refunds
The refund policy only applies to damaged or incorrect order items in your purchase order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If the shipment was damaged or incorrect, please contact us and send picture for proof of damage and proof of purchase (receipt, email, etc). You have up to 30 days from shipping date to claim any damages to your order.
To start a refund, you can contact us at sales@nixsoboutique.ca . If your refund is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we received your refunded items, we will notify you. If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically be refunded on your original payment method at the time of the receiving of the damaged items. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from shipping date to contact us at sales@nixsoboutique.ca and start the return process. If the return is accepted, the total of original purchase is returned with store credit via gift card or code. There is no cash back or refund into your original payment method.
The customer is responsible for the payment of postage and shipping for returned items.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). return it, the customer is responsible for the shipping return postage and fee.
